    USE & CARE

    • Wash before first use.
    • Hand wash: plunger
    • Dishwasher safe: pitcher, lid
    • Microwave safe for milk or water only
    • Never put milk foamer directly on stove top.
    • Do not “boil” the milk as this affects taste.
    • Milk should be over 140°F/60°C or fridge temperature, not room temperature, which is difficult to whip.
    • Not suitable for powdered milk
    • Maximum temperature 248°F/120°C

    Usage guide:

    1. Fill the pitcher with desired amount of milk, not beyond the maximum mark (5 oz./150mL).
    2. For hot milk, place pitcher (without ladle) into microwave oven with cover in open-spout position. Heat on medium for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Or heat milk in a pan on the stovetop, up to 149°F/65°C, before transferring hot milk to the pitcher.
    3. Put plunger into pitcher; replace cover, with spout in closed position.
    4. Hold cover down, and briskly push the plunger up and down for up to 40 seconds. Let milk settle for a few seconds to thicken.
    5. Use plunger as ladle to spoon whipped milk into cups, then pour to add remaining milk to taste. Five oz./150 mL of milk makes 2 cups cappuccino. Sprinkle grated chocolate or cocoa powder on top to taste.
